If just putting cheese on a hamburger makes it a cheeseburger, then why doesnt it become a pickle burger when you put pickles on it?
I mean it becomes a bacon cheeseburger when you put bacon with the cheese on it, so why not a picklecheeeseburger or a 'mater cheeseburger or an onion cheeseburger?
And why doesn't this work with other things?

And why is it smacaroni and cheese?
How often do you just eat the plain macaroni?

It doesnt work that way with other pasta.
Spaghetti is expected to be pasta with tomato sauce on it.
You dont order it as spaghetti with sauce [img]graemlins/wonder.gif[/img]
If you order lasagne, you expect the whole completed dish, not just some lasagna noodles.
